5 minute warm up Lower Intensity- No jumping, running, or explosive movements. We focus on foundational strength movements that we build and improve on over time. Primary use of dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells Muscle Focused stretches offered after each class.



5 minute warm up. This circuit is a combination of strength and cardio where we focus on building up your stamina and muscular endurance. Primary use of dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, boxes, slam balls, sledge hammers, barbells. Soon there will be tires and sleds too 😉


Active Recovery Yoga

This class is good for anyone who does any kind of sport or workout. The focus will be on proper alignment and functional movement to open up the chest, shoulders and hips. No previous yoga experience is required. Just come with a yoga mat, a small towel and an open mind.
